Once you decide to invest in a ConnectUs product, our attention turns to getting you up-and-running as seamlessly as possible – often in a matter of minutes. And whilst our products have been designed to be extremely intuitive and easy to use, comprehensive training is included as part of our package.

The support doesn’t end when you’re comfortable with the products, it continues throughout our relationship, whenever you need it.

That may be a quick call, or online chat if you’re trying something new, or encounter an issue, refresher training, or giving some pointers to a new member of staff.
